早期胃癌根Ⅱ式合并小弯次全切除术临床分析

目的 探讨早期胃癌根Ⅱ式合并小弯次全切除术的临床效果.方法 将40例早期胃癌患者按照抽签法随机均分为对照组与观察组各20例,对照组给予常规手术进行治疗,观察组给予根Ⅱ式合并小弯次全切除术进行治疗,比较两组患者开腹出血量、手术时间、腹腔引流量、心肺并发症、切缘残留、住院时间以及术后短期生存质量.结果 观察组开腹出血量、手术时间、腹腔引流量、心肺并发症率、切缘残留率、住院时间等指标均明显小于对照组（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）;根据生存质量评价标准,对照组术后短期生存质量得分明显低于观察组,两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 早期胃癌根Ⅱ式合并小弯次全切除术疗效显著,患者短期生存质量明显提高,值得临床推广应用.

Small curved subtotal resection in 40 cases of early gastric cancer with root type

Objective To investigate the root type early gastric cancer with small bending subtotal resection effect.Methods 40 cases of early gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine operation treatment and the observation group was given the root type small bend subtotal resection combined with treatment.The thoracic bleeding volume,operation time,drainage volume,cardiac and pulmonary complications,residual,time and postoperative short-term survival quality in hospital were obseved.Results The observation group in operation time,bleeding volume,drainage volume,complications of lung and heart rate,residual rate,hospitalization time and other indexes were significantly less than the observation group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.The evaluation of the quality of life standards,control of short-term survival quality score of control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Early gastric cancer root type with small bending subtotal resection has obvious curative effect,short-term survival quality of patients significantly.
