浆细胞性乳腺炎超声误诊分析

目的探讨超声误诊原因，提高对浆细胞乳腺炎的超声诊断能力。方法回顾性分析32例因乳腺肿块经手术及病理诊断的浆细胞乳腺炎的超声图像，经统计处理，总结出该病的一些图像特征。结果32例乳腺肿块，超声误诊32例，误诊率100％。其中16例诊断为乳腺脓肿及炎症，占50％；9例诊断为乳腺囊肿，占28.1％；3例诊断为纤维腺瘤，占9.4％，3例诊断为纤维腺病，占9.4％；1例诊断为乳腺癌，占3.1％结论浆细胞乳腺炎超声图像特征性不明显，通过超声图像与病理对照分析可以逐步认识其特征，在诊断乳腺脓肿及囊肿时一定要仔细询问病史，注意鉴别诊断，能够提高本病的诊断率，减少误诊。

Analysis of sonographic misdiagnosis in plasma cell mastitis

Objective To improve the diagnostic accuracy of sonogram in plasma cell mastitis. Methods 32 patients with plasma cell mastitis underwent surgery were retrospectively analzed. The sonographic features were summarized. Results 32 cases were misdiagnosed. Among them,16 （500/6） were diagnosed as breast abscesses and inflammation, 9 cases （28.1%） as breast cyst, 3 cases （9.4%） as fibroadenoma and 1 case （3.1%） as breast cancer. Conclusion Plasma cell mastitis dose not present with characteristic sonographic features. The dianostie accuracy could be improved with increasing comparisons between the sonograms and pathology. Detailed history must be taken to aid the diagnosis of breast abscess and cysts. Attention should be paid in differential diagnosis in order to improve diagnostic accuracy.
