早期动脉血乳酸清除率评估严重脓毒症患者预后的临床价值

目的：探讨早期动脉血乳酸清除率评估严重脓毒症患者预后的临床价值。方法：回顾性分析中山大学附属第一医院急诊科和河源市人民医院重症监护病房（ICU）68例严重脓毒症患者的临床资料，根据患者的预后情况将其分为存活组及死亡组，比较两组治疗6h后的血乳酸清除率。结果：存活组治疗6h后的血乳酸清除率显著高于死亡组，P〈0．05。结论：治疗6h后的动脉血乳酸清除率可有效地预测严重脓毒症患者的预后。

Clinical Prognosis Assessment Value of Early Arterial Blood Lactate Clearance Rate in Patient with Severe Sepsis

Objective：To explore the clinical prognosis assessment value of early arterial blood lactate clearance rate in patient with severe sepsis. Methods： The clinical data of 68 patients with severe sepsis admitted to emergency department of the first affiliated hospital of Sun Yat-sen University and ICU of Heyuan people＇s hospital were analyzed retrospectively. The 68 cases were divided into survival group and death group according to the patient＇s prognosis, and the arterial blood lactate clearance rate after treatment 6 hours were compared between the two groups. Results： Lactate clearance rate after treatment 6 hours was significantly higher in the survival group than that in the death group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusions： 6-hour arterial lactate clearance rate has effective clinical predictive value of prognosis for patient with severe sepsis.
