个性化心理护理对大型胃肠手术患者的影响

目的 观察个性化心理护理对大型胃肠手术患者的影响,提高护理质量.方法 选择136例择期行胃肠手术的患者,采用隐匿数字随机法分为两组,观察组68例患者从入院时就开始进行个性化心理护理,对照组68例患者沿用常规护理,所有患者出院前采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）、VAS疼痛评分及简易精神状态量表（CMMSE）对患者术后疼痛及精神状态进行评价.结果 观察组68例患者采用个性化心理护理后,患者精神状态评分高于对照组,恐惧、焦虑评分低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）.两组患者疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 针对性心理护理能减轻患者术前紧张、恐惧,保持良好的心理状态去完成治疗并康复出院.

Influence of personalized psychological care on patients with major gastrointestinal surgery

Objective To Observe the influence of personalized psychological care on patients with major gastroin- testinal surgery. Methods 136 patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery were included in the present study. The pa- tients were randomly divided into the observation group treated by personalized psychological care from hospitalization on and the control group treated by conventional care. All of the patients were evaluated pain and mental state with SCL - 90, the VAS and CMMSE after surgery. Results The score of CMMSE in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The score of SCL-90 was lower than that of control group. There was statistical difference between these two groups （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the VAS score between these two groups（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Individual mental care can relieve the patients＇ tension and fear before the surgery, which is helpful for keep- ing a good state of mind to complete treatment and rehabilitation.
