社区青年成人心肺复苏培训现状及效果分析

目的：了解社区青年成人心肺复苏（CPR）培训现状和疗效，探索城镇化社区青年急救技能培训模式。方法：随机抽取石龙镇辖区内多个社区群体的青年194名，分析其CPR知识问卷调查、技能培训和考核测试情况。结果：社区青年接受过CPR培训者占32．5％，完全没有接受过任何急救技能培训者占48．0％，复苏黄金时间及单纯胸外按压复苏知晓率分别占21．1％和4．6％，胸外按压部位、频率与深度正确率在培训前后的试卷测试和操作考评中存在明显差异，P〉0．05。结论：应反复对社区青年进行CPR技能培训，重点培训胸外按压操作。

The Situation and Analysis of the Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Training to the Community Youth

Objective： To investigate the situation and the effect of the cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） training to the community youth and to explore an effective CPR training model. Methods ：194 community youths in Shilong town of Dongguan were randomly selected to receive the survey ,the training and the test CPR training. Results：32.5% of the community youths had received CPR tranining, 48% never received any emergency care training and 21.1% of the youth understood the resuscitation prime time and chest compression. There was a difference in the accurate position, frequency and depth for chest compression before and after the continuing training. Conclusion：Repeated CPR training is an effective way to popularize the CPR skill to community youth especially emphasizing the chest compression.
