替吉奥联合沙利度胺治疗老年晚期胃癌的临床研究

目的：观察替吉奥联合沙利度胺方案治疗老年晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法：将2008年1月至2012年12月我院收治的老年晚期胃癌患者43例随机分为替吉奥联合沙利度胺组（研究组）22例和替吉奥组（对照组）21例，比较两组疗效及不良反应。结果：研究组有效率40．9％虽高于对照组的28．6％，但无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；研究组的疾病控制率和生活质量总改善率均明显高于对照组（P均〈0．05）；研究组的中位生存期及1年生存率均优于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）。与对照组相比，研究组的恶心呕吐、厌食发生率低，便秘的发生率高，（P均〈0．05）。结论：与单药替吉奥化疗相比，替吉奥联合沙利度胺能增加晚期胃癌患者的疾病控制率，改善患者的生活质量，且不良反应轻。

Clinic Research of S-1 Combined with Thalidomide in the Treatment of elderly Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

Objective：To observe the clinic curative effects of S-1 capsules combined with Thalidomide in elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods：43 elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into S-1 capsules combined with Thalidomide group （research group, n=22） and S-1 capsules group （control group, n=21） from Jan 2008 to Dec 2012. The clinic effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results： The effective rate in research group （40.9%） was no significantly different than that in the control group （28.6%）, P 〉 0.05. The clinically profit rate and life quality in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group （both P 〈 0.05）. The median survival and 1-year survival rate in the research group were no significantly better than those in the control group （both P 〉 0.05）.Compared with the control group, nausea vomiting and anorexia were less and constipation was more pronounced in the research group （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Compared with S-1 capsules regimen, thalidomide combined with S-1 capsules regimen obviously increase clinically profiting rate and improve life quality of the patients with advanced gastric cancer resulting in less toxicities.
