摘    要:目的:探讨骨肿瘤首次化疗患者连续健康教育模式的临床意义。方法以知-信-行理论为依据,以文献回顾和问卷调查为临床依据,构建骨肿瘤首次化疗患者连续健康教育模式并运.用于临床。结果连续健康教育模式应.用后,患者健康教育知晓率和满意度均高于教育模式应.用前,前后比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论连续健康教育模式能帮助患者学习疾病知识、处理化疗并发症,同时提高了患者健康教育知晓率及满意度。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of continuity of health education model for patients undergoing bone cancer during the first chemotherapy.Methods This model was designed based on KAP(Knowledge,Attitude or Belief,Practice) theory,literature review and questionnaire and performed in 103 bone cancer patients during the first chemotherapy.Results All the patients were assessed,with the founding that the pass rate of knowledge test,treatment compliance and degree of satisfaction were increased significantly(all P<0.05).Conclusions The health education model could help patients learn knowledge about bone cancer,build health behavior and deal with complications.Additionally,it improves the pass rate of knowledge test,satisfaction, and compliance.
