| 摘 要： | 目的 观察藿朴夏苓汤加减治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效.方法 选取100例糖尿病肾病住院患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组给予控制血糖、血压、血脂治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,再给予藿朴夏苓汤加减治疗,观察并比较两组患者治疗效果.结果 治疗组总有效率82％;对照组总有效率64％,治疗组疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 在控制血糖、血压、血脂的基础上,使用藿补夏苓汤加减治疗糖尿病肾病,能够有效降低4小时尿蛋白、血肌酐和尿素氮,具有临床应用价值.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Huobuxialing soup on diabetic nephropathy. Meth- ods 100 hospitalized patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 50 patients in the control group were given control of blood glucose, blood pressure and blood lipids treatment. The treat- ment group was treated with Huobuxialing soup and the treatment of the control group. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 82% and 64% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In control of blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipids, based on the use of b Huohuxialing soup for treatment of diabetic nephropathy, can effec- tively reduce 4h urine protein, serum creatinine and urea nitrogen. |
