| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肿瘤专科护士培训的效果和意义.方法 选取93名肿瘤专科护士进行培训,将培训前后考试项目进行分值对比及秩和检验,以评价培训效果.结果 经培训后,各培训项目考试分值均有不同程度的提升,与培训前比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 对肿瘤专科护士进行相关培训可以有效提高临床护理水平和患者的满意度,具有重要的临床意义.
