Abstract:Osteoarticular manifestations of SAPHO syndrome include vertebral lesions, typically in the thoracic segment. Chronic inflammatory changes are well depicted by MRI. We report the imaging findings with a 10-year follow-up in a case of SAPHO syndrome with marked cervical lesions.
