糖尿病家庭病床规范化管理的效果

目的:寻求一种减轻糖尿病高血压患者症状,有效控制其对心、脑、肾和视网膜等重要器官的影响,改善生活质量的途径。方法:52例糖尿病并高血压患者(建床组)建立家庭病床前查血脂、血糖等参数,建床后监测血压、血糖,建立疾病管理档案,每二周上门巡检随访,进行疾病健康教育及指导,共同制定药物治疗方案及康复锻炼计划,并根据病情及时调整。对照组(50例)接受常规门诊治疗。结果:建床组52位患者血糖(餐前、餐后2h)、血压控制、糖基化血红蛋白、血脂水平均有显著改善(P<0.05~<0.01),且优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病高血压患者进行较系统宣教工作,规范管理,辅以饮食及康复锻炼,可更有效控制血压、血糖及血脂水平,减少住院率。

Effect of family therapy for patients with diabetes and hypertension

Objective:To explore the effect of family therapy for patients with diabetes and hypertension.Methods:The blood fat,blood sugar,HbA1 and blood pressure were measured before and after therapy in family therapy group(52 cases).All patients of family therapy group were accepted health education, rehabilitation training and direction.The control group(50 cases) only accepted routine therapy in outpatient clinic.Results:The levels of blood sugar(before and after dining 2 h),HbA1,blood pressure and blood lipid of two groups were remarkable improved(P<0.05~<0.01),but those of family therapy group were more improved compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with hypertension and diabetes,the health education,rehabilitation training and direction significantly contribute to improve blood sugar,blood lipid and blood presrure control.
