| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT引导下颅内穿刺行血肿清除术的临床应用价值。方法本文总结了67例颅内血肿（其中高血压性脑出血54例,慢性硬膜下血肿11例,急性硬膜外血肿2例）行CT引导下穿刺清除术。结果本组病例1次穿刺成功率100%,穿刺抽吸术后,病死率明显降低（8.9%）,生存率（91.1%）及生存质量明显提高。结论CT在颅内血肿穿刺定位上有较大的应用价值;

| Abstract: | Objective To study the value of CT-guided acupuncture to clear intracranial hematoma. Mehtods Sixty seven patients suffering from infracranial hematoma (54 patients with hypertension cerebral hemorrhage, 11 patients with chronic dural hematoma, 2 patients with acute epidural hematoma) were operated by CT-guided clearance of intracranial hematoma.
