奥曲肽治疗脑卒中并上消化道出血疗效分析

目的探讨采用生长抑素药物奥曲肽治疗脑卒中并上消化道出血的疗效。方法选择脑卒中并上消化道出血患者80例,排除既往有消化道出血病史者,随机分为两组,每组40例：观察组给予奥曲肽治疗,对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗,比较两组的疗效及粪便潜血试验转阴情况。结果观察组总有效率90.0%,明显高于对照组的72.5%（P〈0.05）。观察组的粪便潜血试验转阴率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,转阴时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论奥曲肽治疗脑卒中并上消化道出血疗效优于奥美拉唑,疗效确切,适用于脑卒中并上消化道出血的治疗,值得临床推广应用。

Effect analysis of octreotide in the treatment of patients with apoplexy and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the effect of octreotide to treat apoplexy patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods 80 cases with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,excluding the past history of alimentary tract hemorrhage,were randomly divided into two groups（40 cases in each）.Observation group was treated with octreotide and control group with omeprazole.Two groups were observed after treatment,and therapeutic effect and situation of stool occult blood test turning into negative were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group（90.0%）was significantly higher than the total effective rate（72.5%）of the control group（P 0.05）.Fecal occult blood test in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the clearance time was significantly shorter than that of the control group.The differences between the two groups were significant（P 0.01）.Conclusion Octreotide to treat apoplexy patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage is superior to omeprazole.The method has certain therapeutic effect and can be used to treat apoplexy patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and is worthy of promotion and application.
