| 摘 要： | 本文报告了应用M型,二维扇型及脉冲多普勒超声心动图,对60例孕期20周以上正常胎儿心脏的各腔室大小、室壁厚度及各瓣口血流峰值速度的检测结果,并进行了初步分析。

| Abstract: | The heart structures of 60 cases of 20-40-weeks normal fetuses were examined and determined by M-mode and cross-sectional echocardiography, and the flow velocities of atrioventricular and semilunar valvular orifices were also measured by the ultrasound pulsed Doppler spectra and the colour Doppler blood flow imaging. The results showed: 1. The thickness of auricles, ventricles, large vessels, oval foramen and the walls of the fetus hearts increased along with the gestation. 2. The ratio of internal diameter of the left and right ventricles in most cases was less than one. 3. The peak velocities of atrioventricular and semilunar valvular orifices also increased with the fetus' age. 4. The peak flow velocities of mitral and tricuspid valvular orifices often were doublepeaked with a dominant A wave, and the latter was higher than the former. 5. The blood flow spectra of aorta and pulmonary arteria all were one-peaked. |
