| 摘 要： | 慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(chronic rhino-sinusitis)是常见的慢性疾病之一,多因急性鼻-鼻窦炎反复发作未彻底治愈而迁延所致,可单侧发病或单窦发病,以双侧发病或多窦发病常见。虽然过去20年里,对鼻窦炎症进行了大量研究,可是并未能完全揭示慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的病因和发病机制,仍有很多争论的地方,目前尚缺乏有效的治疗方法。本文就慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的可能病因作一综述,以便针对可能病因对该病进行综合治疗。

| Abstract: | Chronic rhino-sinusitis is one of the common chronic diseases,which is mostly caused by acute rhino-sinusitis because of recurrent attacks or uncompletely cured .It usually involes both sides or multiple sinuses ,and it also can occur in one side or one sinus.In the past two decades,there are a lot of researches about sinusal inflammation,but no completely etiology or mechanism of chronic rhino-sinusitis revealed,which accompany with a good deal of controversies.So there is a lack of effective treatment met... |
