多层螺旋CT平扫在急腹症中应用

目的探讨无肠道准备情况下行腹部CT平扫对急腹症的诊断价值。方法回顾分析我院2008年1至6月急诊腹部CT平扫并经临床诊治证实病例71人，所有患者均为非创伤性病例，无肠道准备。结果CT平扫初诊与临床诊治相符63例，其中真阳性39例，真阴性24例。余8例为假阳性3例，假阴性5例。敏感性88．6％（39／39＋5），特异性88．9％（24／24＋3），准确率88．7％（63／71）。结论多层螺旋CT平扫因快速、简便的检查方法，以及较高敏感性、特异性和准确性，对急腹症的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要意义。

Application of MSCT in the diagnosis of acute abdomen

Objective To investigate the value of nonenhanced MSCT in the diagnosis of acute abdomen without enteric preparative.
