口腔癌血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)表达的初步观察

摘    要:目的:探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)与口腔癌癌灶微血管密度改变的关系及其在口腔癌发生发展中的作用。方法:化学研究选择抗VEGF单克隆抗体及抗CD34单克隆抗体为第一抗体,对60例口腔癌组织切片标本行免疫组织化学研究。VEGF及CD34的免疫组化方法采用S-P组化染色法。结果:在60例口腔癌中Ñ、Ò、Ó、Ô期 VEGF阳性表达率无显著性差异。颈淋巴结转移组与无颈淋巴结转移组的VEGF表达,经统计学分析有显著性差异。Ô期病例的微血管密度(IMVD)与Ñ、Ò期病例有显著性差异。随着IMVD的提高,其VEGF阳性级别也随之升高,IMVDÑ级与IMVDÔ级的VEGF阳性表达程度有显著性差异(P<0105)。结论:口腔癌中血管内皮细胞生长因子的改变是导致口腔癌癌灶内微血管密度改变的原因之一。

Abstract:Objective: The aim of this study was to estimate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and intratumoral microvessel density (IMVD) in oral squamous cell carcinoma(SCC). Methods: A total of 60 cases of oral squamous carcinoma were immunohistochemically stained with a SP method by using monoclonal antibodies of VEGF and CD34.Results: There was no significant difference in the expression of VEGF in different TNM stages and lymphe node metastases of oral squamous cell carcinoma. The expression of VEGF showed no relation with pathologic grades, but IMVD expression differed significantly in SCC. The carcinoma in grade I and IV of IMVD differed significantly in expression of VEGF. Conclusion: It indicates the change of IMVD may resulted from the change of VEGF in oral SCC.;
