QT间期离散度与左心室肥厚的关系探讨

目的 观察ＱＴ间期离散度与左室肥厚之间的关系。方法 高血压病患者６５例，正常对照组３０例，用二维超声心动图测出左室重量指数（ＬＶＭＩ），同时用心电图测出ＱＴ间期离散度（ＱＴｄ）和校正后ＱＴ间期离散度（ＱＴｃｄ）。结果 高血压病伴左室肥厚组ＱＴｄ及ＱＴｃｄ显著大于高血压病不伴左室肥厚组及正常对照组，ＱＴｄ及ＱＴｃｄ与左室重量指数呈显著正相关（ｒ＝０．５６，Ｐ〈０．０１，ｒ＝０．５９，Ｐ〈０．０１）。

Relationship between QT Interval Dispersion and Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

Object:To study the relationship between QT interval dispersion(QTd)and left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH).Methods:65 hypertensive patients and 30 normal controls were studied,Left ventricular mass index(LVMI)was measured by echocardiography,QTd and QTcd by electrocardiogram.Results:QTd and QTcd in hypertension with LVH were significantly larger than that in hypertension with Non-LVH and normal controls,QTd and QTcd are positively related to left ventricular mass index(LVMI)in hypertension(r=0.56,p<0.01 and r=0.59,p<0.01).Conclusion:LVH is the main causative factor for the increase of QTd and QTcd,There were positive relations between the QTd and QTcd and the severity of LVH in hypertension.
