关于医疗机构产权制度改革的思考

医疗机构产权制度改革，是深化卫生改革绕不开的现实问题。在中国、建立适应市场经济的医疗机构产权制度：首先应产权主体明确，产权关系清晰；其次应用合理、具体的产权配置、形成医疗机构内部产权结构多元化；再次要建立一整套规范的保护和实现产权关系的法律制度，以期更好地发挥新的产权制度的功能和作用。

Thinking on property right system reform in medical institution

It is a practice problem in deepening health reform to reform the property right system of medical institution. In this article, the author gave some advice on how to establish new property right system of medical institution to meet market economics. The first, the subject and relationship of property right should be explicit. The second, property right should be allocate rationally to realize internal multiform. The third, in order to work better, a set of system and law, which can protect and realize property right relationship, should be instituted.
