Amyloidosis complicated by intractable postural hypotension |

| Abstract: | A patient is described in whom the nephrotic syndrome caused by amyloidosis was complicated by intractable postural hypotension. An account is given of his treatment with a combination of monoamine oxidase inhibitors and sympathomimetic pressor agents, after a failure of conventional therapy. |
