乡镇卫生院人力资源的柔性化管理

摘    要:当前医疗行业竞争日益激烈,农村卫生工作步履艰难,改革势在必行。人力资源方面的改革又是重中之重。文章在分析了目前我国乡镇卫生院人力资源管理存在问题的基础上。将管理的最新理念——柔性管理运用于乡镇卫生院的人力资源管理实践,提出了乡镇卫生院可在绩效、薪酬、职能、数量和时间5个维度实行人力资源的柔性化管理,以提高竞争力。

Abstract:Currently,competition in medical industry is furiously increasing.Sanitation task trudged in village and town.Reformation is imperative under the situation.Reformation in human resource is the most important.Based on analyzing some existing problems,this paper introduces flexible management to village and town hospital's human resource management.At last this paper puts forward that village and town hospital should carry out human resource flexible management in such aspects as performance,wage,task,numerical and working-time.
