小儿先天性肠旋转不良的X线影像探讨

目的:探讨钡剂X线造影对小儿先天性肠旋转不良的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析近5年来我院经手术证实的24例小儿先天性肠旋转不良在X线影像上的不同表现。结果:19例经钡灌肠显示盲肠或结肠位置异常,其中17例显示盲肠位于右上腹或偏左中腹,2例显示结肠均位于左侧腹部,5例经泛影葡胺上消化道造影,显示为十二指肠有梗阻或不完全性梗阻。结论:钡剂灌肠和选择性上消化道造影,目前对小儿先天性肠旋转不良仍有着重要的诊断价值。

X-ray imaging diagnosis of malrotation of the colon in children

Objective: To evaluate radiographic findings and their diagnostic value of using barium in children with malrotation of the colon. Materials and Methods: All 24 patients with malrotation of the colon were confirmed by surgery. Their X-ray appearances were analyzed retrospectively. Results: There were 19 patients with abnormal location of cecum or other colon segment finding by barium enema. In 17 cases, the cecum lies on the right epigastrium or on the left middle abdomen. In 2 cases the colon situated in the left abdominal area. Complete or incomplete obstructions of the duodenal segment appeared in 5 cases by upper gastrointestinal examination with meglumine diatrizoate. Conclusion: Barium enema and selective upper intestinal radiography is also of great value in the diagnosis of intestinal malrotation in children.
