摘    要:目的 通过把同异反联系数用于医院模糊综合评价的探讨,为医院综合评价提供一种新的简便实用的思路。方法 对评价指标事先给定“优、中、差”标准,以“好”为参考集,把集对分析中的“同、异、反”与“优、中、差”相对应,用同异反联系数U=A Bi Cj刻划“优、中、差”的程度,建立起评价对象相对于给定标准的同异反联系数,根据集对分析理论,计算该联系数在i=0,j=-1的联系值,最后根据联系值的大小作出综合评价和排序结论。结果 引进同异反联系数可使模糊综合评价计算过程简化,而评价与排序结果保持不变。结论 可在医院综合评价及排序工作中应用同异反联系数。

The Application of Same-Indefinite-Contrary Connection Number in Synthetic Evaluation and Sorting of Hospital Service
Abstract:Objective Providing a new, simple and practical method for the synthetic evaluation of hospital by applying same indefinite contrary connection number to the fuzzy synthetic evaluation of hospital. Methods Standard of "excellent grade, middle grade, bad grade" is given in advance to the indexes of evaluation. "same part, indefinite part, contrary part" of set pair analysis are compared to "excellent grade, middle grade, bad grade" by regarding "excellent grade" as referenced set. Same indefinite contrary connection number between objects of evaluation and the given standard is built by describing the degree of "excellent garde, middle grade, bad grade" with the help of same indefinite contrary connection number U=A+Bi+Cj . Value of connection number at i=0, j=-1 is calculated according to set pair analysis theory. Finally, conclusion of synthetic evaluation and sorting is given according to the value. Results The course of fuzzy and synthetic evaluation can be simplified, and the result of evaluation and sorting is still unchanged with the help of same indefinite contrary connection number. Conclusion Same indefinite contrary connection number can be used in the fuzzy and synthetic evaluation and sorting of hospital.
