氟化钠护齿剂治疗牙本质过敏症的短期临床疗效

摘    要:目的 观察氟化钠护齿剂治疗牙本质过敏症的疗效.方法 将120例患有牙本质过敏症状的315颗牙齿,随机分成实验组和对照组,对照组用氟化钠甘油糊剂进行治疗,实验组用氟化钠护齿剂进行治疗,先进行牙面清洁、隔湿、吹干,蘸取多乐氟涂布于牙面过敏的部位1 min,反复涂布2~3次.于治疗后即刻、2周、4周进行临床疗效观察与评价,观察指标为:显效、有效、无效.结果 实验组即刻、2周、4周的总有效率分别为98.10%、94.30%、90.51%,对照组分别为75.16%、70.70%、60.51%,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 氟化钠护齿剂用于牙本质过敏症的脱敏治疗,效果良好.

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity with Duraphat. Methods: 120 patients with symptoms of dentine hypersensitivity of 315 teeth, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Patients in control group were treated with sodium fluoride and glycerol paste, while those in experimental group were treated with Duraphat .Duraphat was applied on the sensitive site of the tooth surface for lmin and repeated 2∼3 times, after the tooth surface was cleaned, isolated from saliva and air dried. The treatment outome was evaluated or,2 and 4 weeks after treatment and was graded as markedly effective, effective, or ineffective. Results: The total effective rates of experimental group were 98.10% , 94.30% and 90.51% immediately, 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment, respectively. While the respective effective rates of control group were 75.16% , 70.70% and 60.51% . There was statistical difference between the effective rates of the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion: Duraphat is effective for the desensitization of hypersensitive dentin.
