选择性激光熔积钴铬合金在含氟口腔环境中电化学腐蚀性能的研究

摘    要:目的 考量采用区域选择性激光熔化(SLM)技术制作的钴铬合金口腔修复材料在含氟口腔环境中的耐腐蚀性能.方法 选取具有相同成分的Co-Cr合金金属粉末和金属块,分别运用SLM技术(SLM组)和传统的铸造工艺(对照组)各制作5个试件(圆柱形,直径10 mm,厚度3 mm),在模拟含氟口腔环境下(pH值6.8,NaF 0.1%),采用电化学交流阻抗谱(EIS)的方法,分析两组试件的耐腐蚀性能.结果 对照组和SLM组的表面氧化层电阻(Rp)值分别为3.28±1.53和6.69±3.30,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 在模拟含氟口腔环境中,SLM技术制作的钴铬合金与传统铸造方式加工的钴铬合金具有相似的耐腐蚀性能,能够满足临床要求.

Abstract:Objective: The aim of this study was to explore the corrosion behavior of a dental cobalt-chromium (Co-Cr) alloy manufactrued by selective laser melting technique under a fluorine containing oral environment. Methods: Five specimens for SLM group and cast group which were fabricated with the same Co-Cr alloywere manufactured as cylinders (10 mm diameter and 3 mm thickness). The corrosion behavior of the specimens was studied using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy tests under a fluorine containing oral environment. Results The Rp value of cast group was 3.28±1.53 and the Rp value of SLM group was 6.69±3.30. There was no significant difference between the Rp values of the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Under a fluorine containing oral environment, the dental Co-Cr alloy fabricated by SLM technique has the similar corrosion behavior to the cast one and it can meet the clinic requirement.
