| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨影响脊柱转移癌脊髓功能恢复的因素及治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析162例脊柱转移癌患者的临床资料及治疗方法。结果：162例患者经治疗后疼痛有不同程度缓解；肌力明显改善127例(78．40％)．无改善35例(21．60％)；162例患者排便功能均恢复正常。结论：影响脊柱转移癌患者脊髓功能恢复因素主要是病程长短，脊髓受压迫程度，转移病灶数量．患者体质情况，康复治疗初次的时间、质量及心理状况。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the prognostic factors influencing spinal function recovery in patients with spinal metastatic carcinoma. Methods: The clinical data and treatments of 162 patients with spinal metastastic carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively. Results: 162 patients obtained pain remission to varing degrees. 127 obtained obvious improvement of myodynamia (78.4 %). 35 patients had no improvement of myodynamia (21.60 %). The function of defecation in all patients were recovered thoroughly. Conclusion:There are many factors influencing spinal function recovery in patients with spinal metastatic carcinoma, but the main factors are the history of disease, the extent of spinal cord compression, the number of the metastatic foci, the physical quality of the patients, the initial time and quality of rehabilitation therapy, and the mental state of the patients. |
