| 摘 要： | 目的：观察清咽利喉含片的镇痛作用。方法：采用小鼠热板法和酒石酸锑钾所致的小鼠扭体反应，观察小鼠的镇痛作用。结果：清咽利喉含片可明显提高小鼠痛阈，延长酒石酸锑钾所致扭体发生的潜伏期及减少10min内扭体次数。作用与西瓜霜润喉片大体相当。结论：清咽利喉含片具有较好的镇痛作用。

| Abstract: | AIM: To study the analgesic effect of qingyan lihou buccal tablets. METHODS: The analgesic effect in mice was observed by hot plate and body torsion induced by antimony potassium tartrate. RESULTS: The experiments proved that the buccal tablet could significantly raise pain threshold, prolonged the latency and reduced the writhe number per ten minutes of mice model by antimony potassium tartrate. CONCLUSION: Qingyan lihou buccal tablets show better analgesic effects. |
