| 摘 要： | 本文用心阻抗图法检测72例肺心病急性加重期,48例缓解期病人的左心功能,并与30例正常人,25例肺气肿病人做对比,发现肺气肿组与正常组间各参数无差异性,说明在气肿阶段尚无左心功能受损,而在肺心病急性加得期左心功能受损明显,缓解期有所恢复,但肺仍受损。

| Abstract: | The left heart function in 72 patiens at the acute stage and 48 patients at the remission stage of chronic cor pulmonary were measured by way of impedace cardiogramThe results, compared with that in the 25 patients with emphysema and 30 normal persons,showed that there was difference in all parameter between emphysema group and normal one,indicating that the left heart function had no changes at the emphysema stageobvious injury act the acute stageand injury in spite of some recovery at the remission. |
