| 摘 要： | 目的探讨"以人为本"理念在精神科护理管理中的运用.方法转变服务理念,为病人提供温馨的就医环境、实施开放式管理和综合性治疗.结果减少了护理事故的发生,护理实现了零投诉.结论建立"以人为本"的护理理念,有利于发挥护士的潜能和为病人提供超期望值的服务,提高护理质量.
