| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨Ag85B在荷瘤小鼠体内诱发抗肿瘤免疫效应。方法：C57BL／6小鼠静脉接种B16细胞，8d后于对照组和实验组分别输入经照射的B16／pcDNA3细胞和B16／pcDNA3-Ag85B细胞，观测肿瘤结节和体积。结果：对照组小鼠在第18d肺部开始出现2个肿瘤结节，在第23d肺部出现6个直径3mm的肿瘤结节；而实验组小鼠在第23d肺部出现2个直径3mm的肿瘤结节。结论：Ag85B对小鼠肺部转移肿瘤治疗有一定的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To determine the anti-tumor immunity effect of Ag85B antigen in mice.Methods: C57BL/6 mice were inoculated intravenously with B16 cells.Eight days later irradiated B16/pcDNA_3 cells(control group) and B16/pcDNA_3-Ag85B cells(experimental group) were injected into the mice,respectively.Results: On day 18,2 small tumor noduses appeared in the lung of control group.On day 23,6 noduses in the control group were observed and the size of the tumors increased up to 3 mm in diameters,while in the experimental group only two small noduses of 3 mm in diameter were noted on day 23 after the injection.(Conclusion): The results suggest that Ag85B have some therapeutic effect on the lung tumor in mice. |
