血清抗HCV—IgM检测的临床意义

目的：检测血后病毒性丙型肝炎患者，活动期慢性丙型肝炎患者，稳定期慢性丙型肝炎患者，血液透析患者，献血员及健康人群血清中抗ＨＣＶ－ＩｇＭ，观察抗ＨＣＶ－ＩｇＭ与肝细胞损伤的关系，方法：自建的检测ＨＣＶ－ＩｇＭ的ＥＬＩＳＡ法，结果：健康人群的血清抗ＨＣＶ－ＩｇＭ的阳性率显著低于其他组（Ｐ〈０．０１，Ｐ〈０．００５），输血后丙肝炎患者及活动期慢性丙型肝炎患者血清抗ＨＣＶ－ＩｇＭ的阳性率显著高于其他组。其

Clinical significance by detection of anti HCV IgM in sera

Objective:To detect serum anti HCV IgM in patients with post transfusion hepatitis C,chronic active hepatitis C,patients after hemodialysis,blood donors and normal controls and to elucidate their relation to liver damage.Methods:Using self devised ELISA method for detecting anti HCV IgM.Results:The positive rate of anti HCV IgM in the control group was obviously lower than that in other groups( P <0.001),and the positive rate in the post transfusion hepatitis C and chronic hepatitis C with relapse was obviously higher than that in other groups( P <0.001).In 33.3% patients with post transfusion hepatitis C,anti HCV IgM appeared before anti HCV IgG.Conclusions:Anti HCV IgM is a valuable index for early diagnosis of immediate activity of acute and chronic infection and it is closely related with liver damage.
