OK—432联合IL—2抑制C57BL／6小鼠Lewis肺癌的生长及PCNA的表达

OK-432 combination IL-2 inhibiting C_(57)BL/6 mice bearing Lewis lung cancer growth and the PCNA expression

Objective: To study OK-432 and IL-2 inhibition C_(57)BL/6 mice bearing Lewis lung cancer (LLC) growth and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) expression. Methods: 40 C_(57)BL/6 mice bearing LLC, half male and half female, were divided 4 groups, and injected with NS, OK-432 and IL-2. The tumor growth inhibition afte drug administration was observnd and the monoclonal antibody was used to PCNA and SABC immunohistochemical method the expression of PCNA in paraffin-embedded primary tumor tissues were semiquantitatively determined. Results: Combination administration group significantly increased inhibition rate (P<0.05), and enhanced inhibition effect on tumor volume versus control (P<0.01 ), whose anti-tumor effect was more significant than administration alone, the expression of PCNA was consistent with inhibition tumor growth, proliferating activity obviously decreased (P< 0.01 ). Conclusion:oK-432 and IL-2 had distinctiy synergetic anti-tumor effect, and PCNA may be a useful index for studying them inhibition tumor growth.
