| 摘 要： | 目的：为探讨老年男性糖尿病患的骨密度的改变以及与性激素水平的关系，更深入了解糖尿病对骨代谢影响。方法：对５６例老年男性糖尿病患测定骨密度（ＢＭＤ），血清睾酮（Ｔ），空腹血糖（ＦＢＧ），血清钙（Ｃａ），磷（Ｐ），碱性磷酸酶（ＡＬＰ），与４３例老年男性对照。结果：老年男性糖尿病患的骨密度明显低于对照组（Ｐ〈０．０１），Ｔ水平相差不明显（Ｐ〉０．０５）。结论：糖尿病可影响骨代谢，合并糖尿病的老年男

| Abstract: | Objective:To further explore the relationship beween bone mineral density and level of sex hormone in elderly men with diabetes mellitus and the influence of diabetes mellitus on osteal metabolism. Methods:Comparion was made between fifty six elderly men with diabetes mellitus and forty three normal elderly men in levels of bone mineral density (BMD),serum testosterone (T),Fasting blood Glucose (FBG),Serum Ca and P,etc. Result:BMD level was significantly lower in elderly men with diabetes mellitus than that in control group.There was no significant difference between the T levels of the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:Diabetes mellitus may affect the osteal metabolism. Elderly men with diabetes mellitus are more subject to osteoporosis. |
