肾衰养真胶囊对慢性肾衰竭营养不良大鼠的肾保护作用

摘要] 目的 观察肾衰养真胶囊对慢性肾衰竭（CRF）营养不良大鼠的肾保护作用。方法 予0.5﹪腺嘌呤和4﹪酪蛋白混合饲料喂养制作CRF营养不良大鼠模型，观察其营养不良发生时间，符合条件的随机分为正常组、模型组、肾衰养真胶囊组和开同组。经肾衰养真胶囊灌胃4周，以开同为阳性对照药，观察Scr、BUN、24hUpr、Alb、Hb、胰岛素样生长因子-1（IGF-1）水平的变化，进行光镜（HE、PAS染色），透射电镜以及免疫荧光观察肾组织病理学改变。结果 与模型组比较，肾衰养真胶囊组大鼠的肾组织病理形态明显改善，肾衰养真胶囊可降低Scr、BUN、24hUpr，升高Alb、Hb、IGF-1。结论 肾衰养真胶囊可显著减轻CRF营养不良模型大鼠肾组织病理学改变，改善肾功能及营养状况。

Researches of Shenshuai Yangzhen capsule in malnutrition rats with chronic renal failure

Objective To investigate the kidney protection effects of Shenshuai Yangzhen（SSYZ） capsule, a preparation of traditional Chinese medicine, in malnutrition rats with chronic renal failure(CRF). Methods feed rats with 0.5﹪adenine and 4﹪caseinum to make malnutrition in CRF models. We observed when malnutrition began. Those in condition were randomized into control model group, Ketosteril group, SSYZ capsule group，and normal control group. after 4weeks treatment as indicated, The blood parameters, like blood urea nitrogen（BUN）, serum creatinine (Scr), serum albumin(ALB), type-1 insulin like growth factor(IGF-1)，haemoglobin（Hb）, 24 hour urineprotein (24hUpro) in rats were determined. nephrotic tissue was observed by microscope(included HE and PAS) and electron microscope and immunofluorescence in rats. Results Malnutrition situation in CRF rats began at the end of 8 weeks.Compared with those in the control model group, the plasma BUN and SCr concentrations and 24hUpro concentrations in SSYZ capsule group were significantly Lower with substantially elevated plasma ALB、IGF-1and Hb. Pathology of SSYZ capsule group was a meliorated significantly after treated by SSYZ capsule. Conlusion SSYZ capsule has a possible therapic effect on improving malnutrition and reducing renal damage in rats with renal insufficiency.
