| 摘 要： | 目的：建立更年灵胶囊中维生素B6的含量测定方法。方法：采用C18柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）;以甲醇-水（含5mmol庚烷磺酸钠,用磷酸调pH至3.0）（15∶85）为流动相;流速为1.0ml/min;检测波长为291nm。结果：维生素B6在0.007944～119.16mg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999（n=5）;平均回收率为99.4%（RSD=0.49%,n=6）。结论：反相离子对高效液相色谱法方法操作简便、专属性强、重现性好。

Determination of Vitamin B6 in Gengnian Ling capsules by RP-IP-HPLC |

| Abstract: | Objective：To develop a method for the determination of Vitamin B6 in Gengnian Ling capsules. Methods：The determination was performed on a Kromasil C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） with the mobile phase consisted of methanol -water （containing 5 mmol sodium heptanesulfonate,adjusted to pH 3.0 with phosphoric acid）（15∶85）; The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min;The detective wavelength was 291 nm. Results： The method showed a good linear relation over the range of 0.007 944-119.16 mg/ml （r=0.999 9, n=5）. The average recovery was 99.4% for the three different levels of the added amount of Vitamin B6 with RSD=0.49%（n=6）. Conclusion： This method is feasible,convenient,specific and reproducible. |
