| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨MPEP对野生型FVB幼年小鼠旷场行为的影响。方法 将MPEP溶解在DMSO中,将18只幼年野生型FVB小鼠分成两组,一组（7只）注射MPEP（10mg/Kg ）,一组（11只）注射DMSO,注射量为70μL, 注射30分钟后,进行旷场实验,观察MPEP对小鼠旷场行为的影响。 结果 10mg/Kg MPEP对小鼠认知能力及兴奋性、运动性有抑制作用,主要表现在中央区活动时间增加,运动速度减慢,运动距离缩短。结论10mg/Kg MPEP对野生型FVB幼年小鼠旷场行为有抑制性作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of MPEP on open-field behaviors of infant FVB mice.Methods 18 infant FVB wild type mice were grouped according to abdominal injection of MPEP or DMSO at 30 days old. 30 minutes after injection, the mice were evaluated and investigated on their behaviors within an open field. The data was analyzed with Variance Analysis method.Results It was shown that mice injected with MPEP behaved different from the control in their environmental cognitive, excitement and locomotor activity. Conclusion: MPEP has inhibitonal influence the behaviors of infant mice on the open-field examination, in environmental cognitive, excitement and locomotor activity. |
