重庆地区产妇乳汁分泌型IgA含量的分析

目的研究不同状态的产妇乳汁中分泌型IgA(SIgA)含量,为预防新生儿感染提供实验依据。方法ELISA(双抗体夹心法)定量检测乳汁中SIgA含量。结果在42例产妇中,初乳中SIgA含量最低值为0.86,最高值为8.01;成熟乳中SIgA含量最低值为0.23,最高值为7.23。初乳和成熟乳中SIgA含量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);33例不同营养状况产妇初乳中SIgA含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);42例产妇按农村产妇和城市产妇、高龄产妇和年轻产妇、足月产妇与早产产妇、顺产与剖宫产等分析,初乳中SIgA含量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新生儿期以母乳喂养为佳,影响初乳中SIgA含量的因素主要是营养状况,与产妇的年龄、妊期、分娩方式无关。

Evaluation of the secretory immunoglobulin A content in the latex of lying-in women at different conditions in Chongqing

Objective To evaluate the secretory immunoglobulin A(SIgA)content in the latex of the lying-in women at different conditions and to prevent the infection of newborns. Methods The content of SIgA in the latex were detected by the ELISA kits. The collected deta were treated with statistical analysis.Results To analyse 42 lying-in women, the lowest content of SIgA was 0.86g/L and the highest content of SIgA was 8.01g/L in the colostrum; the lowest content was 0.23g/L and the highest content was 7.23g/L in the mature latex. The results of SIgA conten had significant difference between colostrum and mature latex of lying-in women (P<0.05). It was all the same to different nutritional status of 33 lying-in women. To analyse 42 lying-in women, they were divided with urban and country, senile and young, full-term and abortive, eutocia and caesarean section, the SigA content in the colostrums had no obviously difference among them (P>0.05).Conclusion It is recommended the breast-feeding in babyhood. The affecting factors to the content of SIgA in the colostrums are mostly nutritional status of lying-in women, but not ages,terms and fashions of childbearing.
