药物性肝损害81例临床分析

目的 提高对药物性肝损害的早期诊断水平，减少其发病率和病死率。方法 对81例药物性肝损害病人进行临床分析。结果 药物性肝损害病人占同期住院肝病病人的0.96%。致肝损害的药物种类多，临床类型以急性肝损害为主（73例）。治愈62例，好转14例，恶化自动出院及死亡5例。结论 临床上慎用对肝脏有损害的药物，用药期间严密观察，早期诊断是良好预后的关键。

Clinical analysis of 81 cases of drug derived liver injuries

Objective To improve the early diagnosis on liver injury caused by drugs,decrease its occurrence and mortality.Methods 81 patients with liver injuries caused by drugs.Results The occurrence of the injuries was 0.96% of the patients with liver diseases in the same period.Many drugs caused liver injury,in clinic,the occurrence of the acute liver injury(73) was more than other types.62 were cured,14 were improved,5 patients with deterioratec health left hospital or died.Conclusion The drugs that can cause liver injury should be used carefully.And careful observation during the teratment and early diagnosis are the key to the better cure.
