侧脑室体外引流治疗脑出血25例临床观察

目的 探讨根据CT片定位行侧脑室引流治疗脑出血的方法。方法 对25例采用侧脑室体外引流治疗的脑出血病人进行临床观察。结果 25例首次引流成功22例,再次成功2例,不成功1例。治愈8例,有效率65％,死亡6例,病死率25％。结论 操作应根据CT片定位,侧脑室受压引流困难、昏迷Ⅳ级以上、血肿量60ml以上、中线移位6mm以上、中枢高热者手术预后差。

Clinical observation treatment of 25 cases of cerebral hemorrhage with lateral ventricle exteral drinage

Objective According to range of cerebral hemorrhage in CT image, the method of drainage of lateral ventride was explored. Methods 25 patients with the cerebral hemorrhage were treated with lateral ventricle exteral drinage to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy. Results 22 patients were treated successfully in the first treatment^ cases were cured through retreatment, 1 case was failed. 8 patients cured and 6 patients died, the total response rate was 65 % , the dead rate 25 % . Conclusion Operation must be on the basis of the range of cerebral hemorrhage in CT image, and the external drinage is difficult when lateral ventricule is used, and the patient will have bad prognosis if they are in coma IV or above, blood amount > 60ml,central line shift >6mm or the high heat of central nerves.
