彩色多普勒超声在白内障术前检查的应用价值

目的：探讨白内障及其并发症的声像图特征及彩色多普勒超声在白内障术前检查的应用价值。方法：应用彩色多普勒超声对300例532眼临床诊断白内障的眼睛行术前检查。结果：彩色多普勒超声有较明显改变的白内障病例468例。占88％，白内障有并发症304例，除视网膜脱离、脉络膜脱离等为手术禁忌证及玻璃体重度浑浊或机化影响术后视力恢复外，大部分白内障合并轻、中度玻璃体浑浊可行人工晶体植入术，而且视力恢复较理想。结论：彩色多普勒超声可作为白内障术前检查的重要补充手段，当屈光间质浑浊时，应作为首选检查，彩色多普勒超声为临床白内障治疗方案的选择提供重要的依据。

objective：To explore the complications of cataract and its sonographic characteristics and color doppler ultrasound examination before cataract surgery application value. Methods： Application of color doppler uhrasonography in 532 cataract eyes line preoperative examination.Results： Color doppler ultrasound had more obvious changes in 468 cases of cataract cases, accounting for 88%, 304 cases had complications, with the exception of retinal detachment, choroidal detachment, such as contraindication for the surgery and glass turbidity or degree of weight machines influence the restoration of postoperative visual acuity. Most cataract patients with mild to moderate vitreous turbidity viable intraocular lens implantation, and better visual recovery. Conclusion： Color doppler ultrasound can be used as cataract preoperative examination of the important supplementary means, when the refractive mesenchymal turbidity should be as the first examination, color doppler ultrasound for clinical cataract treatment programs provide an important basis for selection.
