| 摘 要： | 对乙酰氨基酚是一种应用广泛的解热镇痛药,由于使用人群的多样性,有关其新制剂和新技术等方面的研究层出不穷。本文综述了近5年来对乙酰氨基酚制剂学的研究进展,尤其是关于口腔崩解片、缓控释制剂、直肠给药温敏凝胶、结肠靶向制剂等新型制剂的优点、制备工艺及采用的新型辅料,为相关的制剂研究提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | Acetaminophen is one of the wide application of antipyretic analgesics. Due to the use of the diversity of population, the research of its new preparations and new techniques emerges in endlessly. This paper reviews some progresses of preparations and techniques newly developed in the recent years, such as acetaminophen orally disintegrating tablets, sustained release dosage forms, colon-specific drug delivery, etc. And it was introduced that the advantages,preparation processes and using new excipients of acetaminophen new dosage forms for related preparation research providing references. |
