慢性乙型肝炎患者心理健康状况及心理干预效果研究

【目的】了解慢性乙型肝炎患者的心理健康状况和心理干预的效果。【方法】采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对152名住院慢性乙肝病人的心理健康状况进行测查，随机将患者分为干预组和对照组，只对干预组实施心理干预，然后对两组的心理健康状况进行评估。【结果】慢性乙肝患者SCL-90总分及躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、等7个因子分均显著高于国内常模（P〈0．01）。干预前，干预组与对照组的心理健康状况无显著差异（P〉0．05）。在实施心理干预后，除恐怖、偏执外，其它各因子及总分心理干预组均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。对心理健康状况的改善，心理干预辅助药物治疗优于单纯药物治疗（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。【结论】慢性乙肝患者的心理健康状况比一般人差。心理干预能有效改善慢性乙肝患者的心理健康状况。

Study of the mental health state and the psychological intervention of patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)

[Objective] To explore the mental health states of patients with chronic hepatitis B（CHB）and the effect of psychological intervention in them. [Methods] The SCL-90 was administered to 152 inpatients with CHB for their state of mental health. This inpatients were randomly divided into control group and psychological intervention group, which was only received the psychological intervention and then mental health state of both groups were evaluated. [ Results] The scores of SCL-90 in the inpatients with CHB were much higher than those of Chinese Norm of SCL-90（P 〈 0.01）. There was no statistical significance（P〉 0.05） in the mental state between the control group and the intervention group before psychological intervention, and intervention group got lower total score and scores of all factors （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） except the phobia and paranoid than control group. [ Conclusion ] The mental health states of patients with CHB were worse than normal people. Medication plus psychological intervention were superior to those with medication alone for the improvement of mental condition and were greatly improved by psychological intervention.
