摘    要:目的 探讨化合物N - 2 2 11对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 应用大脑中动脉阻塞再灌模型(MCAO),观察并对比脑缺血大鼠给药组和模型组的指标。结果 化合物N - 2 2 11灌胃给药能使脑缺血大鼠的神经行为明显改善,脑梗死面积显著降低;该药还能提高组织清除羟自由基的能力,高、中、低三个剂量组与缺血模型组相比均有显著性差异。结论 化合物N - 2 2 11具有脑保护作用,其作用机制可能与抗氧自由基作用有关。

Abstract:Objective Aim To investigate the protective effect of compound N-2211 on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods Ischemia reperfusion model was made by using the MCAO method. Hydroxyl radical were investigated. The neurological scores and infarction area were taken and measured after operation.Results Compared with IR-group, the infarct area was significantly decreased, neurological deficit was improved and also the ability of body cleaning hydroxyl radical was enhanced. Conclusion Compound N-2211 possesses neural protection in ischemia damage. The positive effect of compound N-2211 on focal ischemia may partly depends on its antioxidant property.
