提高急诊外伤患者骨折诊断准确率的临床分析

目的分析急诊外伤患者易导致漏诊的相关因素,探讨改进措施以提高诊断准确率。方法急诊外伤入院怀疑有骨折的病例160例,根据具体情况采用详细追问临床病史、必要的体格检查、多体位多角度投照或透视下点片及进一步检查等。结果 160例疑似骨折病例中,随着相关诊断措施增加,检出率亦增加。共确诊骨折病例63例,其中常规摄片检查出24例,加拍斜位或切线位确诊22例,追问病史及体格检查后摄片确诊9例,CT确诊5例,复查后确诊3例。结论通过对外伤患者详细、全面、必要和动态的检查,可以极大地降低骨折漏诊的发生率,提高诊断准确率,避免医疗纠纷。

The clinical analysis to improve diagnosis accuracy of emergency trauma fracture patients

Objective To analyze the factors cause missed diagnosis of emergency trauma patients,and to find the relevant measures to improve the diagnostic accuracy.Methods 160 of emergency trauma cases suspected as fracture were taken as sample.160 of emergency trauma cases suspected as fracture were taken as sample.the cases were examined by detailed inquiry of their clinical history,physical examination,multi-position and multi-angle projection or perspective spot filming and further examinations.Results The detection rate had increased while more diagnostic measures were applied to the 160 cases.There were 63 cases confirmed as fractures,including 24 cases diagnosed by conventional radiography check,22 cases diagnosed by making additional oblique or tangential radiography 9 cases diagnosed by taking radiography after inquiring clinical history and physical examination,5 cases diagnosed by CT and 3 cases diagnosed after review.Conclusion With the detailed,comprehensive,indispensable and dynamic inspection done to the trauma patient,it can greatly reduce the chance of missed diagnosis of fractures and increase diagnosis accuracy,which can also prevent any medical related dispute.
