摘 要: | 目的优选狗皮膏贴部分药材的超临界CO2萃取工艺条件。方法采用超临界技术提取,以萃取压力、温度、时间为因素,以得油率为考察指标,通过正交试验优选提取工艺条件。结果优选工艺为:萃取压力30MPa,萃取温度55℃,萃取时间2h。在优选提取条件下具有较高的提取率,平均为16.50%。结论超临界CO2萃取法效率高,是一种比较理想的提取中药复方制剂有效成分的方法。

Study on Optimizing the Technological Condition of SFE-CO2 for Goupi Patch by Orthogonal Design |

Abstract: | Objective To optimize the technological condition of SFE-CO2 for parts of herbs in Goupi Patch. Method The orthogonal experiments were used to choose the optimal conditions by Supercritical Fluid-Carbon Dioxide Extraction (SFE-CO2), and the factors were pressure, temperature, time of extraction, the distilling rate was regarded as the marker of detection. Result The optimal conditions were pressure 30 MPa, temperature 55 ℃ and time 2 hours. At the best condition, the distilling rate was higher and its average one was 16.50%. Conclusion The method of extraction by SFE-CO2 is high efficiency and a relatively ideal method to extract the active ingredients of Chinese medicine compound preparation. |
