准高KV技术床边胸部CR摄影的应用体会——附120例胸片分析

目的 探讨准高KV摄影技术对床边胸部CR摄影的一临床应用价值。方法 采用西门子250mA床边X线机，Kodak Oirectview CR system 900型和配套14＋17英寸IP板，对120例准高KV摄影床边胸部CR影像质量及病变显示特点进行分析。另取120例普通KV床边胸片对照分析，统计分析采用配对样本秩和检验方法。结果 120例准高KV床边胸片甲级片102例（占85．0％），乙级片11例（占9．2％），丙级片7例（5．8％），无厦片。与普通KV组差异有统计学意义（Z=-3．939，P=0．00069）。结论 准高KV摄影技术能明显提高床边胸部cR影像甲片率，减低病人的辐射量，提高床边X线机的使用范围，为疾病诊断提供更多的影像信息。

Clinical application of mobile chest radiograph with sub-high kilo-voltage

Objective To investigate the clinical value of mobile chest radiograph with sub-high kilo-voltage.Methods Mobile radiograph machine of Siemens 250 mA,Kodak Directview CR system 900 and 14*17 " IP were used.The CR image quality of 120 cases of mobile chest radiograph with sub-high kilo-voltage was compared with that of general kilo-voltage.The SPSS 11.0 software was used for statistic analysis.Results In the quality assessment of 120 chest radiographs,85.0% was Grade A film,9.2% was Grade B film,5.8% was Grade C film and there was no wasted film.That meant significant differences between the two groups(Z=-3.939,P=0.00069).Conclusion Mobile chest radiograph with sub-high kilo-voltage can increase the rate of Grade A film,reduce the exposure dose,improve the application range of mobile X-ray machine and provide more information for image diagnosis.
