喉罩与气管内插管全麻诱导及苏醒期间血流动力学变化观察

摘    要:目的观察喉罩与气管导管插入及拔出期间血流动力学的变化。方法选择妇科腹腔镜卵巢瘤或子宫切除术气管导管或喉罩患者50例,ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级,随机分为气管插管组和喉罩组。常规静脉诱导后气管插管或放置喉罩,观测气管插管或喉罩插入后1、3、5 m in以及气管导管或喉罩拔出前后患者收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)和心率(HR)变化。结果两组患者气管导管或喉罩插入及拔出时点BP和HR比较,数值差异明显(P〈0.05)。结论喉罩用于妇科腹腔镜卵巢瘤或子宫切除术患者全麻,优于气管内插管,麻醉诱导和恢复期患者血流动力学较稳定,应激反应轻,全麻恢复过程平顺。

Abstract:Objective To observe the change of hemodynamics during the laryngeal mask airway and tracheal tube intubation and extubation.Methods 50 patients with laparoscopic resection of ovarian tumors or uterine tube or laryngeal mask airway,ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ,were randomized into two groups: endotracheaI intubation group and 1aryngeal mask group.After intravenous induction of general endotracheal intubation or laryngeal mask placement,endotracheal intubation or laryngeal mask observation inserted 1min、3min、5min and pull out the tracheal tube or laryngeal mask systolic blood pressure before and after(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP) and heart rate(HR) changes.Results The BP and HR incidents of the endotracheal tube or laryngeal mask insertion and pull out the BP and HR time points compared to values significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Laryngeal mask airway for laparoscopic resection of ovarian or uterine tumor patients undergoing general anesthesia than tracheal intubation,anesthesia induction and recovery is stable hemodynamics,the stress response is light,and the anesthesia recovery process is smooth.
