新生儿晚发型败血症34例临床及病原学特点分析

目的分析新生儿晚发型败血症临床特点、病原菌及药物敏感情况,指导临床合理用药。方法对2008年1月至2010年8月34例晚发型败血症临床特点、血培养结果及药物敏感性进行回顾性分析。结果新生儿晚发型败血症临床无特征性,病原菌以革兰阳性球菌为主,其中表皮葡萄球菌占第1位,对第三代头孢菌素耐药性偏低,对氨基糖苷类及喹诺酮类较敏感,而对青霉素有较高耐药性。结论新生儿晚发型败血症临床表现缺乏特异性,病原菌以革兰阳性球菌为主,早期宜选用第三代头孢菌素,再根据药敏调整,合理选择抗生素。
