| 摘 要： | 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在下肢深静脉急性血栓诊断的价值。方法应用彩色多普勒超声诊断39例下肢深静脉急性血栓,观察声像图特征及血流特点。结果本组资料中诊断急性血栓38例,误诊1例,诊断符合率97.44%,其中单侧血栓37例,双下肢血栓1例;左下肢静脉血栓27例,右下肢血栓10例。结论彩色多普勒超声检查对下肢深静脉急性血栓的诊断有重要的临床价值,为本病的首选和可靠的检查方法。
