| 摘 要： | 目的分析安徽省寿县居民恶性肿瘤的死因特征,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法对安徽省寿县死因监测信息系统2005～2009年死亡报告数据,以ICD-10进行死因分类并流行病学分析。结果安徽省寿县2005～2009年恶性肿瘤死亡共9317例,死亡率为138.67/10万,标化死亡率为128.14/10万,占全死因的25.45%;平均减寿率为12.99/10万;死亡率、潜在减寿年数均居第2位。恶性肿瘤死因顺位前3位依次为胃癌、肺癌和肝癌,合计占肿瘤死亡的59.34%。结论恶性肿瘤是安徽省寿县第2位死因,其中胃癌、肺癌和肝癌居恶性肿瘤前3位。
